Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in.
Payment: We accept major credit and debit cards.
Deposit / Authorization: may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Guests are responsible for charges resulting from damage to the room or hotel property, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other applicable charges.
Cancellation: Guests should review the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Reservations must be canceled by cancellation deadline to avoid applicable cancellation charges.
No-Show: No-shows may be charged according to the reservation’s applicable cancellation policy
Room Occupancy: The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with one king or queen bed is 2. The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with two double beds is 4. All guests staying in a room must be registered with the hotel. Additional guests may be subject to additional charges and occupancy limitations.
Smoking: Mobile Bay Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or other designated non-smoking areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in designated rooms. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Parking: Parking is available for registered hotel guests. Only one car per room with an authorized parking tag. Parking is complimentary. Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and belongings. Mobile Bay Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents except as required by law.
Room Access & Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are provided according to the hotel’s current housekeeping schedule. Guests may contact the front desk regarding additional towels, linens, toiletries, or other available items. For safety and security, hotel staff may enter guest rooms when reasonably necessary for housekeeping, maintenance, safety, emergencies, or other legitimate hotel purposes, consistent with applicable law.
Early Check-In: Early check-in is available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. Subject to availability and applicable fees.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is subject to availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
Damage & Excessive Cleaning: Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property caused by themselves or members of their party.
Charges may apply for:
- Damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment
- Missing hotel property
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking in non-smoking areas
- Damage caused by pets
- Other losses resulting from a guest’s actions or negligence.
Any applicable charges will be communicated to the guest when reasonably possible.
Parties & Events: Parties and events are not permitted in guestrooms.
Accessibility: Guests who need accessibility accommodations should contact the hotel before booking so the hotel can discuss available accommodations.
Lost & Found: Please contact the front desk as soon as possible regarding items left behind.
Additional Hotel Rules:
- Hotel property may not be removed from guest rooms without authorization.
- Candles, open flames, or other items that may create a fire hazard are not permitted in guest rooms.
- Guests must comply with all posted hotel rules and applicable laws.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodations when permitted by applicable law.
